I am trying to connect my website using FTP connections as I want to backup my webpages/images. However, I simply can't connect using FileZilla. I have changed the passwords just to make sure that password not the problem.
Can somebody tell me if anything has changed on these free hosts? Even my Joomla site is almost impossible to get in. I have a wonderful joomla site which I was developing on and off but now the only way is to take it offline, change the DB and then upload it again.
My FTP credentials are like this:
host: ftp.mywebsite.x10host.com
<User>something-here@joomla.x10host.com</User>
password: my 100 different passwords.
I changed the password by logging in to my account by webpage and I can change the password there. However, it still doesn't work.
