ah. They introduced these new item 2 thingies and some avatars with crazy stats. Now you can get 50 atk 50 def and 50 life. It has driven everyone away from the Avatar On servers which makes me kind of sad. The item 2s kind of ruin it too. The reason I play is that I have a couple friends that want to play with me and we've agreed not to use item 2s.
have you ever heard of the game "Worms" its basically the same idea.
The very basic level, you take turns shooting at each other until they fall to their deaths or u kill all of their hit points.

To add variety there is some weather effects that change the power of your shots or how they travel. Than there are also items to make your shot achieve different effects.
There are avatars to change the look of your avatar and soem add bonus stats that only work in "Avatar On" server.
I guess that is the basics.
