The majority of your space is take up by two zip archives that appears to be for backup purposes, one being a zip of your public_html folder, and the other one of your access-logs. To get the cap removed you need to use up half your allotted space for your actual site. Backups should not be kept on your account, one reason for that is that they'd be lost together with your account if anything goes wrong.
