How do i add a new domain name ?

Ok heres the question i already have a .co.cc acount but want to use a .tk domain name .

my first question how do i apply the new domain name to the old root folder ?

second question what are the name servers as they seem to not be recognised when i was trying to set up the nameservers ! and what is the ip,s that go with them?

first question = point it to root folder in cPanel if not a 'Parked' domain
