How long it is going to take to get Lotus back

Hi

My site is down from past 5 days and it is showing 500 internal server error.

I waited for 2 days and i posted on support. on 6th till now its state is open. I don't think so they are going to answer my post.

I wanted to know when this 500 internal server error will be resolved.

I am able to login to cpanel. In errors log it says 500 error and 404 errors because of 500.shtml is not available. Nothing much info.

In cpanel it shows all services are running fine. But what the problem with my site. :dunno:

Try re-installing your script. I have verified PHP is working fine on your account by putting a test file: http://gouri.in/test.php

UPDATE:

It is the problem with the database. One table is corrupted and marked for repair.

So i repaired using the repair option in MySQL databases in cpanel. Now my site is up and running.
