I'm looking to backup all my files and databases from my account, by exporting it to a archive file. So that it can be uploaded again when i need it.
How to backup?

i dont think you can do a full account backup.
but maybe using the file manager you can archive/zip your files,
then download it to your pc,
but then you should delete the copy from server once your done.
as for the databases you should be able to export those separate.
using the mysql management or phpmyadmin.
