Hi,

Can someone help!

Have been unable to access editing my published website now for 10 days.
Http 500 error is indicated but I have not deleted any files.
Could someone respond as I would like to either edit my website or delete it and start fresh.
Guess the website will be suspended in 2 weeks if problem is not resolved.
The error stops me from deleting the website as well!

Waiting, Hopeful!

Martin

To avoid suspension the requirement is to login to the account portal at: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ We do not track if you login anywhere else.

Where are you seeing the http 500 error?

Hi,
Thanks for getting back!
I can log in fine no probs, the error occurs when I click on the edit with sitebuilder link. The error is returned.

As long as you can login to the portal, you're safe from suspension, I'll relay the issue to a higher admin to take a look

Hi,
Please could you please clear any unused files on my partition so I can access my website.
I received the error message below and cannot log in to my control panel.
I do not wish to add anymore data to this partition and cannot remove any files myself as I cannot access them.

"Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at /home/martin85 on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."

Thankyou and all the best from,
Martin

Sitebuilder was updated a few days ago, that should have solved the error 500 issue, are you still seeing that?

Disk space issue has been solved.
