I need member for my site development team, I'm doing a big project and I can't do everything by myself. I need a few people to help me build things up. This job will be a paid job once the site gets a steady income, some people will be paid more than other depending on the job. Below I've listed a few roles.
Site Development Team- These people will be working on the main site helping me get things built up.
Forum Admins and Moderators - These people will be working on the forums building the forums up, Administrators will practically run the whole forum operation so I need someone I can trust.
Blog Managers- These people will organize the blog and keep things neat.
Support Team- These people will respond to support emails and communicate with development team mainly.
