hi, i have my IP address from the cPanel on my free hosting, and i have typed it into the address bar, and an error appears:

This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.


Any Advice help?

hahah yea a did, i was just wondering why i have an IP address for my site, but it isnt working.... yea... i am stupid!!!
