Is there an intermittent server problem? My free site keeps going unavailable?

It is an intermittent problem, not related to my cache. Another user in Georgia USA has had the same problem with the site. It is currently available.

Was there some problem earlier? or is there an ongoing intermittent issue?

Same for me. I'm experiencing serious service degradation today on crowdproductmanager.x10.bz
Either it takes like 5 minutes or so to load a page, either there is a time-out. It's close to impossible to access my webpages.
