Mail is Down

It's been working fine for weeks, but today it can't connect (the one day I need to send something important). I can't login using Horde, it constant cycles back to the login screen and squirrel Mail gves me an error.

I wouldn't normally post, but it's been most of today with no server alerts :happysad:

Port 465? Isn't it port 25?

Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

465 is for SSL connection

Connection refused
Server replied: 111 Can't open SMTP stream.
