My recent suspension

I was recently suspended and it said due to high resource use. Can you give me a little more info on this so I don't have it happen again in the future? I haven't used the site any more strenuously than I ever have and, as far as I can tell, no one else is using resources on it either. I just want to help out but I can't until I know what the cause is.

If I remember correctly, your account will have been suspended for high CPU use or because it's used a lot of memory (RAM). For example, if you use a CMS/blogging platform and it has something run regularly to repopulate a database, which is a time consuming resource intensive operation, you'd get suspended for that.
