my sites are down 3 weeks

My sites are down about 3weeks.
I was on chopin, probably on vox now.
Unfortunately I can not login to c-panel.
What to do ?

Same problem here, opened support ticket but no reply, created a thread here and no reply either. Announcements say everything is sorted but clearly it's not. Problems in the past always were communicated very well even if issues took a while, but at least we were always kept up to date, now it seems either there's a major problem and no-one knows how to deal with it or at least recover some old files, or they're really working round the clock to fix it and there's no time to update us (sounds weird but you never know).

Any updates (or at least an acknowledgement of the problem) would be greatly appreciated!

Same with mine too.

Support ticket not answered for over a week.

Wish things will get back to normal soon!
