what's going on!!!!!! my website down and im not suspended but my site down..
what should i do???

cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi < <<what's that mean? it's been few days also that im having offline in my website for an hour,, i don't know what to do? PLS HELP ME

website is down and also it's really slow loading and i can't had this on and off because a lot of wanting to be member in our forum they well think that my website is fake.. what's going on? im using stoli plss i need to know what's going on anyone know??? REPLY ME
