no ftp access, no cpanel access

Haven't been able to ftp for a couple of days now.
Today I tried to login to my cpanel but the login+password were rejected

Make sure you are using correct password...

also make sure you are using one of these as your FTP host

I didn't enter manually the password as it's saved in the settings of
fireftp (in firefox) for accessing ftp
opera for login in cpanel

and I just carefully entered manually the login and password for cpanel
and it was rejected

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Login with forums username and password. and then reset your cpanel password here. http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd

Then try again with new password

I think the servers are down because
1. I can't retrieve my emails from my email client
2. I can't access my web page

cannot access my web pages, or do ftp or login cpanel and no email

Looks like the servers are down (www, ftp and email).
I cannot access my web pages
I cannot ftp
My email client cannot retrieve emails from my x10hosting account

This has been going on for a few days now.
What's happening?
