No password reset email received

Hi,

I am not able to login at https://x10hosting.com/login, so I tried to do the password reset. But after waiting for more than 15 min, I still did not receive any email for the password change.

I saw in one of the thread, someone was asked to sign up for a new account, so I have done the same, used the same email address to sign up, and added my forum username and password in the newly sign up account.

I would appreciate if the admin can kindly help to add back my hosting account into the new account created.

Hi sorry, not sure if my message was missed... I see those who had posted on this issue around the same time as me had already had the issue solved... so want to just do a quick follow up to check whether any admin can help me look into this please?
