Not able to login in c panel

From last few days i am not able to login in my cPanel of cossacks.x10hosting.com however my website is alive but i am not able to either upload or download files from my free hosting account.What to do? I need those files for modification and for uploading them later.
Early replies are appreciated. Please help

your server is moving to new hardware, and probably your account is already moved. so you can try login at new server https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083

same as ns1.x1ohosting.com and
ns2.x1ohosting.com and

Yes our DNS are still ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
