Tested by me on version 3.6.0.Other older version also are supported.
Everyone skin has a [.psd files] of graphic so you can to edit in da Photoshop..
If you want one of those skins to install on you forum please all questions about only by PM with the title "vBulletin skins".
At present сost by install one skin:150point's.

Those skins are paid, so it would be illegal to resell/redistribute them...

I believe what they are trying to explain here is that, besides being $30 a pop, they can only be used by one person ( unless there is a way to get a site license ) otherwise, allowing other people to use the skins would be illegal / immoral / just plain wrong.

In the future, please don't ask or suggest people violate the laws, as using illegal material on x10 can and would get your account terminated.
