Password Reset Not Sending Email

Hello!

The new system looks like it's going to be great. However, the system says if I have not logged in since Sept 3, I need to do a password rest.

I tell the system my email address, but no email arrives. Today is not the only I tried (so it's been way more than 15 minutes).

Please advise.

The new backend did lack some information about your account, I have corrected this so you should be able to reset the password properly now.
You may also accidentally have gotten an email about this which holds some faulty information (I was too quick on the trigger), ignore that email please and my apologies for the inconvenience.
