PHP Upgrade Problem

Hi, my request for an PHP Upgrade went through. After a day my account panel said I was then on the Intermdiate. But the mail() function etc. still does not work. It has definietly been over 12 hours and it definetly says I am on Intermediate and it does not saying it is pending.
Can someone check this for me, please?

Still doesn't work I'm afraid, GamingX. What could be wrong? I've tried several different scripts so it doesn't seem to be that.
