It's nice, but you could make it much more accessible if it wasn't entirely made in flash. For load times, for Linux (which has some trouble with Flash). The only thing you would stand to lose from a non-flash site would be the fading effect, which only keeps visitors from getting to your content sooner. Flash also keeps Google from indexing your site properly.
