Please review my site and help me to improve it

HI Everybody..
I have designed a new site,for me its good.
Have a look at it.http://studying-skills.co.cc and please help me how can I improve its design.
Some links are not working,site is under construction. :biggrin:
I am using Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 but its very difficult to use.:dunno:
So i switched to Kompozer.
Can someone give me a link to agood online Dreamweaver tutorial.

Hoping for good remarks & suggestions.

`the header takes up half the page, so I do not see any useful context until the second half

as a personal point, if I was looking at this website I would think that it was one of those fakes things that's a scam. Because you have everything written out on the first page, which not only gets confusing but makes me not bother to read it.

I agree with all of diabolo's poimts.
The design looks nice but you should get a logo to distinguish your site from others.
Note: this is my 2000th post!

Nice work espescially the clouds with menu.... good work. My suggestion is that reduce the header size and it will look more nice.........

Well your website looks awesome...

You made perfect templete and design. But 1 thing i notice.. Your header is a little bit large.. Try to decrease it

Also the heading on sidebar are also little bit large.. like "Studying Skills"
