    Hi @garrettroyce this appears to be working for me again now, what was the issue with the license expired page and not being able to log in. I log in using https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/
    And takes me to direct admin, so I can continue to use this link to log in regularly to avoid suspension

    I can confirm I was just able to log in through https://x10hosting.com/sso/main and open DirectAdmin. Appreciate your help @garretroyce and everyone involved

    @garrettroyce

    I still have this issue, I cleared cache but with no success.
    After the "main" page login (with success) the button still to open "DirectAdmin" is still called "Open cPanel", I know this is just a button name but should be changed to "Open DirectAdmin" to stop confusing ppl.
    I don't want to login to often to avoid being blocked for to many attempts either.

    Hi folks,
    I'm able to login on the SSO page but when I click the "Open cPanel" button to go to the Direct Admin page for my site, I get the following error:

    Sign in Successful
    Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


    An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

    Clicking "Retry" bounces me back to the "main" page. My site is up and functioning okay from the looks of things. I have already tried clearing my cache, but to no avail.

    returns error message:

    License has expired

    Others are reporting the same error.

    There has been no change. I'm still able to connect to the server, but not able to view the Direct Admin or the cPanel. Yes, I've tried both sign in links.

    @mathsmoo @jbwebx10 I have added you to this thread for tracking. It appears x13 also has the licensing error at this time. The admin team is working on this same issue on a different server

    Your server is x13 and it appears that x13 is now having the same issue that was resolved on x14 yesterday. Perhaps they both were having this yesterday, but I was only able to confirm it just now. I will update this thread with any updates.
