Please un-suspend my account

Hi! Can I please request for my account to be un-suspended? I haven't updated it in a while but that is cos most of the time it is only updated when new websites I create are entered on there!

cPanel Username: prldesig
Subdomain: prldesign.x10hosting.com
How long your account has been up: not sure...4 months?
Did you have the ads placed on every page: yes

appache is down at the moment so you might need to wait a while for you request. but how do you know that your account has been suspended if all the site on x10 are down.

I have looked into your account and it says there was no ads placed at all.

I have now added adverts on every page at the top of each page. However, I can't seem to connect to the ftp server. Has this been suspended too?

When your account is suspended everything is suspended, including ftp.

Unsuspended, you now have access to your ftp
