Post Registration Problem

Issue: I already registered on your free hosting plan with following informations (refer from above details) this RECENTLY. The registration was successful however when I tried to login in cPanel, I can't access the cPanel url:

http://lamerock.pcriot.com:2082

even my subdomain account

http://lamerock.pcriot.com

. I'm hoping you could figure out what is the problem with my account. By the way, I could login with my username and password in http://x10hosting.com/account with no further issues or problem. Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. I can only think it could take a few hours at least to get the control panel "activated" because if i go to my url, kcorp.x10hosting.com, then it says, domain is available which it isnt 'cos in my account is has it as registered.

What settings do I use for FTP?

username: forum username or site username?

For ftp using an ftp client (such as Filezilla), use ftp.your.domainname.com using your cPanel username, which is not necessarily your x10 username.

There was an issue with the server that is handling account creations this morning. One of the partitions hit 100% and needed due to core dumps going into it. This caused it to not save some info.
