Hi. I had used Fantastico to install the Pro Edition Site Builder to a test subdomain in order to explore the program and learn how to use it. My computer meets all of the requirements to access the admin area of the program, but when I try to access the admin area, it's just a blank white page. Is there anything that I missed in installing or getting access to the admin page?

c-panel: calistoy
domain: dreamersdome.xhosting.com
hosting package: Ad-free
link to the admin area: Site Builder Admin

EDIT: Did I include everything that you need to get an answer to my problem? I would appreciate some word that someone is looking into it at least, please?

I may have found part of the reason for this problem because I found out in a later posting here that the MySQL harddisk on Absolut server is full and therefore can't function at all. When I went to log in to my account management, I saw the new announcement about it there as well. This doesn't excuse the fact that I've tried this program before and had the same problem with it.

I'm going to wait for the problem with the server to get solved and try it again. I'll open this back up if it doesn't solve my problem with the Site Builder problem.

I don't, however, appreciate being treated with silence while others get such prompt responses and acknowledgements.
Edit:
I saw in the news comments that the MySQL is back online, but I'm still having the same problem with the Pro Edition Site Builder. It's installed in Test. I'm still trying to get to the admin page and actually use this program, but all that's displayed is a blank white page.

When I try to access the admin page, these are the errors that show up in the error logs from my cPanel:

Since the program is installed and it's saying that the files I'm trying to get to don't exist, does that make the site builder program a defunct program? If not, what can I do to get this program running? Please respond to my questions.

Paste line 39 of /home/calistoy/public_html/test/sohoadmin/includes/config.php here.

There's nothing on line 39.

Line 40 has: set_time_limit(0);

Comment out line 39, right?

EDIT: When I comment out line 39, I get the same blank white page.

When I comment out line 40 instead, I get a blue gradient background and the title part of the window says for me to log in, and nothing else.

Here are the new errors:
[Sun Oct 12 19:04:49 2008] [error] [client 70.185.228.231] ALERT - function within blacklist called: php_uname() (attacker '70.185.228.231', file '/home/calistoy/public_html/test/sohoadmin/includes/get_login.php', line 202), referer: http://test.dreamersdome.net/sohoadmin/

And here is line 202 of get_login.php: $DOMAIN = $_SESSION['this_ip'];
Line 203: $IP = $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'];
Line 204: $HOST = $IP." ".$DOMAIN;
Line 205: $host = php_uname(n);

I have patiently waited nearly 24 hrs for a new reply to my problem with this program. Does anyone still want to help, or should I just uninstall it and forget about it?

Go to: http://x10hosting.com/account, login with your FORUM username & password, and request the "Intermediate" PHP Version. This will enable on your account some functions that are disabled on the Basic PHP version.
