Problem logging onto account

I am unable to log onto my account. I get a message saying I need to reset my password. I enter my email address and press the button. I do not get an email message where I can reset my password.

I found there was a minor problem with the account in the new system, I have now corrected this.
Can you please try getting the password reset again?
