For some reason my 'www' directory alias that is supposed to point towards the 'public_html' directory isn't doing it's job and when I type a URL in my domain (i.e. http://www.hazardu5.x10hosting.com/forums/) my browser can't connect to a page, however if I drop off the 'www' (i.e. http://hazardu5.x10hosting.com/forums) it does work.

What's up with that? Has the 'www' alias got corrupted or something?

Hosting plan is x10advanced.

I happen to have the same problem. I can go to sub directories, but not my top level directory. However the symbolic link is working, because my contents are copied in both places. My username is pcshop. Thanks.
