please help me my site is down for more than 2 weeks !! cannot login to my xpanel , cannot access my FTP , cannot open my site ("The connection has timed The server at magicbox.exofire.net is taking too long to respond.")

Ok, that webiste is working fine. If you got some more problems, reinstall IExplorer, install Mozilla or Mozzila Firefox or other programs.

I cannot open my site on both Iexplorer and firefox , I don't think its a navigator problem
when I try to Purges the DNS Resolver cache using flushdns command it say "Purges the DNS Resolver cache" maybe thats the problem ,any got this problem?

You are indeed going to start/run/ type in CMD then typing in ipconfig/flusdns and are not having the dns flushed?

Your site is still loading for me.

yes I typed CMD in the start/run/ menu and then ipconfig/flusdns ,I get "Could not flush the DNS Resolver Cache: Function failed during execution." wondering why !!!

Can you clear the cache on the modem? If you have the 2 little monitors running in your systems tray i would suggest right clicking and doing a repair.. While doing that i will do some research on that modem.

Here is what i have come up with concerning the Speedtouch 330 usb modem. After doing some research it says the best way to clear the Cache is to unplug it for 3-5 minutes. This resets the cache.

I will do it now , but isnt that the same thing as shutting down the computer ??!! I always shutdown my computer I wonder why the cache is not cleared !!!
