Problems or data recovery on Cossacks?

Hello

I've read there is a problem with the servers, I have my blog on Cossacks and I can access my cpanel and ftp but my site doesn't load ( Wordpress, error establishing a database connection). I would like to know whether it is because the data recovery and hard drives change.

It's probably because you have to change your database settings back to using localhost instead of mysql.x10hosting.com

Let me know if you have already done that and I will look into it more.
