Questions about Banner Implementations

Do any of you know how to put banners on the phpBB , the image gallery, in my case, the 4Images one under Fantastico, and the Advanced Guestbook (under the Addon Scripts).?

I don't want to get in trouble for not having the banner on every page, but I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to put the banner on those pages.

I'm guessing it has to be in the header somewhere so that it automatically shows up on each page in the forum, as well as the guestbook, and image gallery.

Can anyone help out there?
