Quickie Sig

What do you guys think about this sig. I just was looking through some pictures I had and wanted to make a sig with this picture, what do you guys think?

too dark and too blurry. The outer glow is a bit gross.

PS: I suggest taking out your Photoshop CS2 crack. It's against TOS
