the file included in the post has a stored version off the PHP/C99.Backdoor trojan horse.
It looks like this script downloads all of the server settings, including writable folders, asccess rights,l file type handlers, data access ports, user settings, .htaccess, .htpasswords, server passwords, ands thats from what i can guess. i definately recommend removing this functionality as it then sends all thyis information to Spyn3t@gmail.com
So i repeat DO NOT DOWNLOAD THAT FILE. and please admins remove that loophole
