Registration Problem Regarding Country (Malaysia)

I'm from Malaysia, and would like to use the Ad Free hosting package offered by X10Hosting for personal uses. I've tried registering a new account, but it seemed that my country is banned from further registrations. May I ask if I can PM one of the members of the staff to get a hosting package please?
