Remote Desktop Firewalled

Hi,

Im panicking because I just installed Zone Alarm Free Firewall on my dedicated server and now im completely locked out of everything, including Remote Desktop!!!! Any ideas on disabiling Zone Alarm?

You need to have ZoneAlarm set to allow incoming connections. That is a pretty pesky program though, so you'll need to have your data center close ZoneAlarm and/or configure it for you since you're locked out. If you're on a Windows box, it should be as easy as right clicking it's task bar icon and shutting it down.
