what should be in the first step, second step & last step
and should it send it to your email or to a text file or use mysql database

Ok step one:

What do you wish to contact us about?

1) Order: Full Site
2) Order: Layout
3) Order: Picture

If Full site is chosen:
a new box appears:
Which plan do you want?:
*OPTIONS*
1) Original Website
2) Buisness Website
3) Deluxe Website

If layout is chosen:
a new box appears:
Which plan do you want?:
*OPTIONS*
1) Original
2) Buisness

If Picture is chosen:
a new box appears:
What kind of picture do you want?:
*OPTIONS*
1) Banner
2) Sig
3) Msn Display Picture

When one is chosen a new big text area appears and above it it says:
Please tell us the following:

Pages wanted(if chose full site):
Layout design/picture/dig information(colors, content boxes, ect

Then after thats done they click a next step button.

Now it will have the following fields:

Name:
Age:
Country:
Website:
Comments:


Then they send it to a database if possible but if not an e-mail.

Im offering 1500 Points now for the full setup of this kind of thing.

lol I just got the PHP & MySQL for Dummies book yesterday.

It has to do with exactly this. I could try to make this, but just as a warning, I'm fairly new to php and probably won't finish before Christmas...
