cpanel username : websoul


and also when am login to cpanel websoul.in:XXXx it shows loading and finally problem occured.

But websoul.in shows provider installed cpanel and apache on this...

you don't use your add-on or parked domain, you use the sub domain the x10 domain that you signed up with.

If you login to http://x10hosting.com/account you should find a link to your cpanel, does this work with the password you expected?

i registered with websoul.x10hosting.com


after that i changed to my own domain name
but both cpanels didnt openend..it says loading loading

Any problem with browser? ubuntu gusty with FF?>

Are you getting the login page for cpanel? or nothing at all? If nothing try the following

ipconfig /flushdns (from a command prompt)
clear your webcache

try again

Great Finally i found out the problem


Since am from office our Fortinet security was blocking that port...

So i requested to allow tempororly.
Is there any way to change port no so that Fortinet bypass the post?

And also i Forgot my Password for Cpanel.How can i reset it?
