Security Question

For a long while now, I've been trying to change my cPanel password. I can still log into it just fine, but I want to change it. The answer I give to the security question is correct, but it doesn't accept it. Is there a way to get that question reset?

Escalating (we can't change it, but I'm sure there's a way to)
