Service has been lousy lately

In the past few days everything has been lousy. Mysql has went down, httpd has been down, the server load has been very high and now, phpmyadmin won't work and nobody seems to reply saying "we are working on it", they just don't reply. I though this service bought a new server to reduce down time. It has been just as high. Some sites never go down http://darkware.x10hosting.com, everytime my site is down, I go there and it's running perfectly.

PS: Don't make a useless reply saying "It's a free service be happy!"

He's right. My site just went down the third time today and that one stays standing like a steel beam.

Is your phpmyadmin working? mine just displays a white page.

All of the staff can't restart the server. Only Tyler Auvee and Corey. Soo when there not on you just have to wait to the server to shape up it's slef.

Staff can only inform Corey when stuff like this is happaing. Wich happens and Corey will come on and fix it.

The downtime has been redouced. (It was just in the past there days httpd, or MySQL went down)

I'll check what the servers are like.

can you check http://abandonware.x10hosting.com and make sure that it's not just my phpmyadmin that's not working. For my site I need it to edit the site cause we don't use an admin panel. We add using phpmyadmin.

If one server is having problems the other servers still run... you're just on a different server from the above account.

I reinstated the the limit for how many people can sign-up per 4 hour period. This should help.
