Site inaccesible... Please help me

My blog site tech.elementfx.com suddenly disappeared.

Till today morning everything was fine. But now it is inaccessible, i cannot access the cpanel, giving me login failed errors, the ftp is down too.

When i checked through my account login here in x10hosting.com, it is showing that i am using 0% of disk space and 0% bandwidth. Is my site deleted? Why is it showing 0%?

My account is unsuspended, i've checked it. What happened to my site please help as i cannot even get to the backup stored in the ftp.

I've seen about 3 post with the same issue and i have the same problems as well. i can only assume there is some type of work going on with the servers and hope theres no data lost.
