Hi there, currently my website is down and also can´t access my c panel. Previously I created 2 email accounts and was setting thunderbird to manage my emails, is that the reason and what can I do?

I see your website is online. This generally means you are IP banned for some reason from our servers. If you can you may message me on here your IPv4 address from here : https://whatismyipaddress.com/ or join our discord to get this resolved a little quicker : https://discord.gg/Ab9eGwsxh2

Please do not post the IP on the public forums here nor in the discord only to messages to admins.

I checked the firewall against the IP this post was made from, and indeed it was blocked. The reason for the block is too many failed IMAP logins, so please make sure you have the email details set right in thunderbird (full email address needs to be used as the username, this is a common thing to miss so just pointing it out in case).
I have removed the block.
