Slicing

Can anyone giv me links or help to cutting tutorials on photoshop and codeing? Just ive been bored so took up photoshop so am still very much a beginner! this is the template i made that id like to cut! this is my 1st attempt at a template! www.nikki-fox.frihost.net/plat/demo.gifhttp://www.nikki-fix.frihost.net/template.gif . i wud like to make the middle content box expandable because thats were i tend to have all the content for the left and right menu bars. any help wud be very much appreciated!

tried that site man. thats wat gave me the idea to make a template. but on his tut is teaches u how to make 1 yes, but only 100% width and the way he slices his header and stuff is totally different to the way im needing mine sliced. if u look at the demo template ull c wat i mean.
