SOHOLAUNCH - new thing in fantastico not working

SOHOLAUNCH isn`t working.I get the 500 Internal server Error.the forum from the product told me that I should contact the admins and tell u this:
In the Fantastico admin area, go to admin panel, settings, in the PHPsuexec dropdown box, select enabled.
They said that this should do the job.
