If I visit the SSL (https) version of my website, I get an error, and if I try to click through, it says that Apache is functioning normally; my website doesn't display.

If, on the other hand, I type http instead of https, it displays just fine.

I read about the Let's Encrypt transition in January. What do I need to do on my side of things to resolve this? Is this a server issue, or a problem with my HTML? The error message follows:

Your connection isn't private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from susannah.x10host.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

This server couldn't prove that it's susannah.x10host.com; its security certificate is from x12.x10hosting.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.
