Subdomain not redirecting to index.htm

After the failed FTP access, infinate.x10hosting.com will not redirect to infinate.x10hosting.com/index.htm automatically. Is there a way to fix thsi?

You can try renaming your index.htm to index.html. Some servers may not redirect to index.htm.

Do you want the site to load index.htm when you view infinate.x10hosting.com?

By default, it *should* load it, but something must have gotten messed up.

Try this. Go to public_html/, in the file .htaccess, (Create it if it does not exist yet), put this line:

DirectoryIndex index.htm

If that line might already exist, and if it does, edit it to that.

That should do it..
