it is a developer account but i cant make a new support ticket in https://x10hosting.com/control?support&newrequest says "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news." so making this thread ...

I want ssl with a free certificate.

I know outside users will not trust it - but i want to make my own certificate and provide it ( i know how to use the tools) or you can make one. I understand browsers will show the warning page first time and users will have to manually add it as a exception. that is fine as i jsut need to do some testing ...

Can we do it without having my own IP?

Can you generate a CSR and give it to me?

Or can you make a certficate for sel2in.com (my details are :Tushar Kapila, Bangalore India)?

I need https://sel2in.com working with a test certificate.

You can use shared SSL with Free Account. Private SSL are not allowed on Free Accounts.
Private SSL requires a dedicated IP, which isn't possible with free hosting, which is why there's no SSL option. To get a dedicated IP, you need to purchase premium hosting plus an IP. Only shared SSL is allowed with free hosting.
