Top of the page doesn't show up!

A new problem from a newbie to you, mods.
I made this page with Dreamweaver and whatever I put at the top of the page just doesn't show up.
I've tried putting the banner, a picture and a horizontal bar... *p00f* they disappear but the code is there.

Any hint?

I don't think there's something worng with Dreamweaver as it's the first page I see having this problem. IE displays the source code as unchanged. The strange bit is that the PREVIEW works just fine and the glitch appears only when I upload the page to x10.
It litterally EATS the table or the banner...

We'd have to know the url so we can look at the source code & try to analyze the html/coding problem. Can you give a link to your page?

Are you using CSS to create "tables"?
