Unable to log on to X10 Hosting

I have two sites under the same email address.
Up until now I have used different site names to log onto each. The new log on will no longer accept the site names, requiring my email address. My email address did not have a password associated with it as I always logged on using the names I had given the sites.
I tried a password reset for my email address, luckily the system recognised my email BUT it just gives me access to one of my sites.
is there a change to the system, allowing only one site per email address? If not, how can I log onto each site?

Each individual is only allowed one free hosting account, therefor there would never have been an option to have more then one free account (login username) under the same email address.

The only way to have two accounts under the same email address would be that one is a premium and one is a free account, those would have different login points though.
