You should be able to log in to that page using your forum information. However, it seems like the forum account you are using right now is not linked to a hosting account.
If you had an account before, it may be that your hosting account was terminated if you were inactive for 24 consecutive days, or if you did not unsuspend yourself for any reason 10 days after the day of the suspension.
If you need to make a hosting account, go to the x10Hosting home page and register an account. Be sure to properly specify the forum account you are using now when asked to link the two accounts during the registration process.
