I'm unable to login to the cpanel, even after multiple attempts. It displays an error code E328E4A8AEE6E3522. Request you to do the needful.

That would be because you are in a country we currently do not provide free hosting in.

As an existing user an exception has been made so you should be able to login to your account now.
